It's currently corrupt, in civil war, and poverty is at large in the population.

Zambia, however is exceptionally rich with natural resources and a good economy is the basis for everything. Copper, especially. And, since China needs it. That can be exploited to get things going again.

China needs lots of things, the amount they are trading with Australia is over-whelming and we can't keep up with it.

Zambia, I guess that is a choice, but don't you think it'll be better to take over an island, like Madagascar? I'm sure that's pretty good.. Island and stuff.
