Comments: leaving adjacent borders unforted and not taking eithers bonus when available. Very minimal activity against each other even tho they share two borders.

Thanks for the heads up. This has been noted, but evidence from one game is not enough to warrant a block because its often just a coincidence and not a secret alliance.
