so, that'd still mean it'd be better, just have smaller testicles
it would be good to start, but then it will die from heart attack or be severely crippled for the rest of its life.

good analogy. die of heart attack=gives all 360's a red ring of death
severely crippled for the rest of its life=hackers ruin the game

point taken, but i still think its gonna be great

i need to play halo three. I NEED to

*shrugs, still shaking slightly*

i-it's anticipation, mostly.
Halo 2, whatever you say about the plotline (which IMO was still awesome)
the gameplay was amazing, still only bested by what i think haze will be like.
MS and bungie have been working uber-hard on this since last year, it has to be good, or it'll pretty much spell a huge calamity for Xbox.

They should've just use the exact same system or whatever in Halo CE for Halo 2 and improved the graphics a bit. They also shouldn't of made Master Chief some tripped out god king, in the first one he was just some well armoured/trained guy with a bit of luck, in the second one he blows up a covenant ship and just goes head on into hordes of enemies, as opposed to taking the 'covert' route and just sneak attacking small pockets of enemies. The boss fights also need to revert back to Halo CE's ones. Fighting through a flood and covenant infested ship, in order to rip the neural transmitters out of your former captains head is way better then fighting that prophet guy who has a whole bunch of holograms and escaping from your detonating ship in a warthog while still battling off flood and the odd banshee is better then having a repetative fight with some bullet sponge who you barely see the entire game (Tarturus).

If Halo 3 has a unique plotline, that isn't just 'save earth from aliens' it will probably be good, however from what I can gather from all the hype, it'll be a repeat of Halo 2 and you'll end up walking around forever for some stupid overdone reason, and at the end they'll show some ceremony/funeral commemorating you as the almighty god saviour of mankind.

No I'm talking about the setting the games in. In Halo CE your a lone soldier up against a covenant scouting force on a strange world, in Halo 2 you go into their homeworld and fight past hundreds of their best soldiers.

The wierd thing is that halo 3 isnt a direct followup of halo 2. There's a book to connect to two together.

i daresay i agree with you. Halo CE is the best in my opinion.

I played the beta for Halo3 and the beta for Call of Duty 4 and Call of Duty 4 is so much better it's not even funny...I didn't really find Halo3 to be much different then the second.

Microsoft might have a chance for surviving for a while actually with the bill gates bit.

That is one more thing to put into consideration. A different leader could impact the company as a whole. Thanks for pointing that out ice.

no problemo, but the "new leader" will probably be a gates clone as he will have worked under gates for years and follows his logic.

Erm, you never go to the Covenants homeworld, you go to another Halo which they're on. The covenant don't even have a homeworld because they're a collection of several races...

P.S. Halo 2 was better.
