Retaliatory feedback [sorted]

Fortune left retaliatrory feedback on my profile. That is against the rules. Can it be removed?

qonrado, please follow this:
Press ”HELP”.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Use the “Department” bar, click on it and you get four options. Choose “Feedback moderation”.
In the box: Write “Feedback removal” in the subject line box. In the message box, write: game no and player who left you a feedback. Also explain why you want it remove (e.g. retaliatory feedback and why it is so).
Put in the Security code numbers.
Press “Open ticket”.
Press ”HELP”.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
