Hi. I think that new members should be kicked out of a game after one turn miss, or if that's too strict, then two misses, and then after having completed one game, or once they've managed to take three turns without missing a turn or something, then they are given the right to miss two turns like everyone else.

sounds like a sound idea...but this should only apply to noods...u have a lot of people on here that have been on for a while and 2 turns would be a good option. but things like that are hard to do. only cause the programing for such would require alot time to make right with out doing it to all members..

No, what if you just joined but was busy at work or something? Or what if they chose not to take a turn for strategic reasons, not necessarily deadbeating?

But this only applies to when people are starting off. It's only temporary until they have proven their commitment. A couple of turns, or one game. Some proof that this user actually 'exists' for goodness sake!

New people dont need an initiation test. They should be treated like everyone else, this will encourage them to stay.
