In a game I was in a game (768603), where it came down to Me, Red and Green. Now, Green was in the dominant posistion, as he seemed to go unmolested by his biggest compation, Red. Evantualy, green and I were locked in mortal combat, while Red squandered most of his forces on an ill fated attack on me, leaving a lot of one's and two's on his border with Green. However, they both plowed into me, and never touched one another, putting me in a losing position. I suspect a a secret allience.

doubt it. the secret alliance serves no benefit for red. I think you are just dealing with a player who sucks at Risk.
