Dice rigging???

Postby Pie_robot1234 on Sun Aug 19, 2007 12:10 am

hi, not sure if its possible but can u get a dice fixing program.
i say this because a game im in is rigged or i am extremely unlucky.
First turn everything is 3 so i try to take just one to get a card. That turn i couldn't take 1 of all the armies i had. Each one came up 2 aganist. Same the second turn but i managed a 5 vs 1 which is still prety sad.
Am i being cheated or just extremely unlucky

no the mods, JOHNNYROCKET24, blbo, and yosevuk will not give you there dice controlling program~ you have to earn the rank like the rest of us!!! I know its hard but a few thousand hot pockets twinkies and alot of Dr. Pepper should accomplish this goal!

Oh and im kidding mods and top three... it was just a joke!

If you deposit $50 into my paypal account you MIGHT get good dice, although there is NO money back guarantee!!

Disclaimer: Whilst we do nothing to alter the dice we do say "Thanks sucker for the money, we hope that you roll lots of sixes"

First he tries to trick a noob into thinking there is dice rigging then admits to the fact that he is scamming on this forum. I find this deeply offensive as scamming is the reason i lost my risk board game and had to come on here. I hope something can be done about this.

Damn. I paid $50 for lots of 6's but didn't get them. I also gave my SSN over the phone and lost a lot of money. Then some Prince from Nigeria was going to give me $10M if I let him deposit $50M in my bank account, but he cleaned me out! Never mind all those "work at home on your computer" ads that I lost money on....

Bad luck I guess ;-)

Thats bad luck slug, and I do feel a little guilty, so heres what I will do for you. Send me another $25 and I can almost guarantee you will throw at least one 6 somewhere in your next 100 throws.

I wouldn't even say you are extremely unlucky... 6v3 is only a 76% chance to win the territory. That means 1 in 4 times you attempt it you will fail, which is really not all that uncommon at all.

This of course assumes you continue rolling until you have 1 army left... most players will stop before then meaning in practice the odds of taking a card on the first turn against a 3 are even lower.

In general it is wise not to roll less than 2 dice against 2 (ie 3 armies on your territory, 2 on your opponents) unless you are really desperate, as you are only 36% to conquer a territory using this method.

Generally you are better off only attacking 1s for a card if possible. 4v1 gives you a 90% chance of succeeding and 5v1 97%, and it goes up from there. Still if you play enough you will get plenty of times when you lose a 5v1 or worse - since 3 out of every 100 occassions is not that low a failure rate really.

Thanks man, I'll pay for it because I'm in the 20%+ of Americans who don't know their ass from their elbow and fall for these scams :-)

Go and take youself a set of 3 white dice, 2 red dice, an pencil and a notepad. Walk into your dining room and clear the table. Shut the curtains and door and turn your radio and television off. Sit at the table and begin by rolling the red two dice and write the resul in the note book. Next roll the 3 white dice and record the result in the notebook. The make a note of whether you would win or lose. Repeat this experiment 1000 times (that should be enough to give a reasonable view.) The results will appear very strange and unexpected and somewhat similair to the virtual dice here on CC.
