ok... so i refered my brother and he plays on the same computer, you guys think its ok or is that bad and i should ask him to stop?

According to lack (i think) the mlti hunters are good at distinguishing between true multis and brothers/sisters/pets etc. You and your brother can play games together (with or against) but you are encouraged to play team games with your brother to avoid accusations of cheating.
