One will suffice, perhaps, but there are several discussions going on and I can't predict what will happen in the remaining time.

I expect n8freeman will be the only one, but since this game is set up in such a way that townies can kill multiple people in one day, why should I completely reject that option?

It reminds me a lot of the catastrophe mafia that's going on now, in which the ability for town to lynch multiple people, was compensated for by having lots of people with night kill abilities. In a group of 16 or so, there were two SKs, at least two vigs and at least one mafia killing squad.

I expect this game to have a similar set up. It would be unbalancing to give town unlimited kills during the day and mafia only one kill at night. I think we will see more people die tonight than in a normal game this size, and therefore I think completely rejecting the possibility to lynch more than one person, will end up harming town more than it will help.

Maybe, but I would think you should look more at the previous inquisition than the cat mafia that's going/has gone on. In that, there was a mafia cult and a serial killer, and to ballance the "town killing everyone but one confirmed townie" half the town has survivor roles.

O god.....I hope this isn't another repeat of cat-II. I'm voting the first person who moves for a mass claim.

Anyway I didn't think this would be as bloody as catastrophe. CAT mafias usually have sever killing roles but the last inquisition had a cult godfather if I read right. I think it's more likely that scum have extra powers to balance out the multiple lynchings and not neccesarily killing powers.

Fair enough. I wasn't around when that game took place, so I don't know what happened there and I was just putting it in a context that I am somewhat familiar with.

I highly doubt this has a similar set-up to Cat mafia. Besides, if I recall well Aimless said the original Inquisition setup needed balancing, so we can't expect things for sure. I bet he has surprises in store
In any case, we can't theorize on NKs on day 1. That's why I think a single lynch is better.

Syzygy, that theory is way far-fetched. I hope the doc doesn't protect LSU on a whim, I'm pretty sure Aim is sadistic enough to have made him not town Either way, a restriction is not enough to clear him.

The town gathered in the morning, to set about their chore. As could be expected, more people were concerned with their petty grievances than they were with finding heretics; at that rate, everyone would wind up in the fire by day's end.

Alas, something had to change, and so it did. Just before noon, a great commotion arose in the town square. mandalorian and Neutrino had begun coughing up blood!

"The devil! The devil walks among us!" The cry arose throughout the town. And, indeed, it didn't take long for the Devil's works to run their course; within the hour both mandalorian and Neutrino were dead.

If this is the case then LSU could be too dangerous to keep around. Even if he is town.

Wow good find Nag. So either this was voluntary from LSU either he didn't know about it. I highly doubt LSU is scum based on that, I'm more inclined for the later else he would probably have waited. So, I think it's more believable that he's a weird ass day vig that didn't know his powers. It might be taking a risk, but I'd rather keep LSU alive and see if the pattern repeats.
Then, there's the option LSU has nothing to do with this. And that means we have a damn good scum around

I doubt LSU is scum, but I do believe he is the (unwilling) source of the disease. These first two deaths were probably as much a surprise to him as they were to us, but now that we have a pretty good reason to assume there is a link, LSU has essentially become a very powerful vig. Apparently he only needs to mention a few names, and they die.

Maybe everybody he mentioned has already been contaminated...

Or, another possibility, some of the people he mentioned become carriers and this plague is about to snowball all over us.

I still believe he is town, but I also think he is the most dangerous person in the game now, and I'm not sure we or indeed he himself, will be able to contain his disease.

Well, if LSU is doing it it's not related to votes, and most likely not random. Could be related with the number of times he coughed on them though. Either way that role is insane
