Umm..."luck" can't be easily measured. I think basically what you're getting at is the deviation of dice rolls from the expected average but there's more to "luck" as it pertains to the game. Lucky players get good drops. How would that be measured by a computer? What cards you get and when you get them is also a factor in how lucky a person is.
This would only work in sequentialbecause in freestyle you could say "Wow I'm lucky that guy wasn't on when I took my turn." No way to measure that.
I'm sure there's a way to measure the standard deviations from the expected normal numbers for the more concrete aspects of the game, but some factors of luck are immeasurable. Even if you could calculate it, it would take complex programming which would take too much effort for an "extra" implement like this.
