* My suggestion (this time) is that, instead of simply using the current methods of turning in cards, that we allow a constant reinforcement bonus.
<Body>:
* Suggestion Idea: See above and below
* Specifics: When you turn in your cards, you could have the option of a one-time bonus of the appropriate number of armies OR you could get a permanent bonus to your reinforcement total.
For an escalating game, you could have the number go up one every time that one is used. Also, to add an additional strategic element to this, you could have it set up so that you could only use a multi-set to gain the permanent bonus OR you could set it so that the first person to cash in has that particular set (say three red or three green) sets the requirement as such.
It could also be a checkbox option, rather than a requirement and could go alongside current card options. Plenty of variations on possibilities for implementation on this one.
* Why it is needed: This idea would add an additional strategic element to the way that the game is played. It would be especially interesting in longer games (such as 2.1).
* Priority** (1-5): 2
