What is going on right now? [Answered]

I am in the middle of my turn in two games right now. One will not let me fortify, and the other let me deploy my armies, but no armies were added to the target territory. The armies went to the first territory in alphabetic order. Does anyone else have these problems?

So it finally let me fortify.

umm this has never happened to me so sorry i wont be able to answer this hope at least some1 out there does ..or i would advise u to take ur thread to the bugs report forum and report it as a bug
