In Ohio, if an athlete's sex is called into question they are now required to submit to a genital inspection by a doctor before they can continue competing:

If a doctor performs a genital inspection does that make you no longer a virgin? Asking for a friend.

Not typically… but if the aforementioned Saxi is the “doctor” doing the inspection then probably yes.
