How points work exactly [Answered]

Postby ArTFuL DoDGeR on Fri Jun 15, 2007 4:18 pm

Hey all,

I have tried to look. But how do the points breakdown ?

Ok, I know if I win I get point, and if I loose I loose points. But my question is this. Do I loose the same amount of points if Im the last person left in the game as the guy who goes out first ? Do I get more points if I win in a game that is full of people of higher rank then I would if I won a game where everybody was equal rank or less ??

Please explain, I am one confused Canadian!

it down for me.

I came into the q&a forum with the same question after reading:

The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent.

do you really divide the loser's score by the winner's score then multiply by twenty? I know who the winner is who is the loser in a 3+ person game?

thanks.

The losers are the people who don't win. The only winner in a standard game is the last man standing.

It is, it's just maximum of gaining 100 point per person, so essentially, one could gain up to 500 points, 100 from each person.

So you add all the losers scores together then divide by winners score multiply by 20 and subtract that from each loser and give to each winner.

repeatedly, simtom.

But the limit is that you can only win 100 from each player. gimil probably believes there's a maximum of winning 100 max.
