Generally agree. But last time I was there, there were a bunch of Irish and Irish half breeds who trash up the scenery. It was awful. I'd rather have a caravan of Roma move in next door. Devon seems consistently clean and pure, though. Would like to retire there in a few decades assuming the you know whos haven't made it that far south.
