The Justice Department sued Facebook on Thursday, accusing it of favoring foreign workers with visas over those from the United States, in a new push against tech companies in the waning days of the Trump administration. In the complaint, the department’s civil rights division said Facebook “refused to recruit, consider or hire qualified and available U.S. workers” for more than 2,600 positions, with an average salary of $156,000. Those jobs instead went to immigrant visa holders, according to the complaint.
The action followed a two-year investigation into whether Facebook intentionally favored so-called H1-B visa and other temporary immigrant workers over U.S. workers, the Justice Department said.

Biden will immediately move to dismiss the lawsuit once he illegally seizes power in his slow-moving coup. Biden doesn't care about American workers. It is a commonly accepted fact that Biden is un-American, hates America, and has received money from its enemies - like China - whom he favors. Most people who vote for Biden also hate America, aren't patriotic, and seek to live-out how much they despise the United States by empowering a man to oversee its downfall. However, a minority are patriots but are just intellectually dull.
Biden also abuses animals and sexually harasses and assaults women. It is not known if he sexually harasses animals. His son is a cocaine addict. He is 80.
