Are you speaking of the Jedi Temple in The Mandalorian? (I have not seen it.)

In the scenes with Samuel L. Jackson and Yoda, it had that "feel" in the middle of Coruscant, but to me, that was Jedi HQ and not JUST a Temple in the Trilogy movies.

Coruscant is pictured as a very busy metropolis and Hub of the Galactic Republic, so the Manhattan look did not surprise me THAT much, once I thought about it. I assume somewhere in there is a place as HitRed describes, to channel The Force and to meditate and do things like learn Jedi mind tricks.

Instantly recognizable by its distinctive crown of five spires, the Jedi Temple was the home of the Jedi Order on Coruscant. Part school and part monastery, the Jedi Temple was the central hub for all Jedi activities in the galaxy.

This is stellar!

He's found some Mandalorians that follow a different way. They've got blue beskar and enjoy whooping empirical ass.

Here's the Honest Trailer for season one.

much better than episode 2, for sure. nice to see bo katan make an appearance & yet another cameo by an actor from deadwood - that makes 3 so far, by my count...weird.

Is it just me or did Gina Carano put on like 50 pounds since last season?

I really liked this Jedi episode!

Shhh, you're going to get us in trouble.

I noticed. I don't know if it is fifty pounds but maybe. Still hot but I suspect wardrobe was making alterations.

In the past they probably would have replaced her.

The twitter 'cancel culture' mobs are after her too... Somehow though I think Disney will can her for season three due to the weight and not because of the twitter pressure.

well I think she's kind of hot as a heavy weight badass. I think being thick as she is right now makes her more credible as a muscle-tank support character.
I think the show is good, even if I watch it 'lightly" and I'm nut that much into it.
SO one thing... after the first season I really thought it was yoda, then in season 2 they show you the death star exploding and all.. so I realized this is more or less after episode 6... and not before episode 1 as I initially thought while watching the first season.
Also... isn't his armour more or less inmune to star trooper lasers? why even bother dodging them and all.. he can take it

Put on a heavy glove then trigger a mousetrap. It won't hurt because you are wearing the glove but you will still flinch.

Gina is not tougher with a bit more insulation but I suppose she looks a bit more muscular. It's more difficult to shed that extra weight everyday you age.

She needs to find someone with tons of discipline to eat with that can be super supportive. "Pizza? No. Let's walk a mile and get some raw veggies and plain boiled chicken."

I mean she's been a legit MMA fighter for a long time, and was muscular and very sexy... without being 'a biscuit shy of 350' (I know she isnt that heavy but it's my favorite southern saying about large people lol)

ITT Bekito is into fat American chicks!!!

That is a good one. I might add it to my vocabulary.

The only time I have seen people so huge I was puzzled how they got to the location, has been at Golden Corral. It was not once or twice either. Many times I have seen people that must have been over 500 pounds at more than one location of that place. I understand too, it is a reasonable price, some of the food is quite delicious and they won't ever ask you to leave for eating too much.

Even though there are some horror stories online, we have never had a bad experience there.

Once your partner in crime knows it's meaning cus you've used it enough you can say 'well she's a biscuit shy' in public and totes incognito mode

I have never had the pleasure of taking a dip in the famed 'chocolate hottub fountains' at Golden Corral, but I hear it's quite the tourist attraction. Maybe they have a forklift ready entrance in the back for the folks you saw?

Years ago, I saw several commercials for Golden Corral, they worked, making me curious enough to want to check one out.

There were several things tha were quite delicious. Impressive in Great Falls, not a place with too many memorable eateries. One thing that really stood out was banana pudding. Our son loves the chocolate fountain but I have been to better chocolate fountains.

The entrance and dining area is all ground level. I presume all the big folks a few that were many many biscuits past 350 were able to squish through the the entrance. I wondered what mode of transportation a few of them used to get there?

Chocolate fountains are usually ok to quite good. Occasionally they are excellent but that's rare.

You don't just drink from it. They're the public buffet style chocolate fondue. The melted chocolate is pumped to the top and there are usually two tiers for it to run back to the bottom.

You stab things, fruit, marshmallows, cake, cookies, etc with a bamboo skewer and put them under the falling melted chocolate, then put them on a plate and go back to your table to eat it.

Update :

Looks like they never fought each other. Gina was not part of the UFC. She fought in something called Strike Force. Also Gina was an American Gladiator going by the name Crush. There are a few good clips on YouTube.

Yeah Gina was basically 'the famous female MMA fighter' before Rousey showed up. There was talk about having them fight but it never came together. I strongly dislike Rousey, but I think she would have won. Both were kinda one dimensional but very very good at their 'style'. Rousey does a judo throw and submits you on the ground. Gina liked to stand and bang. In the end their style matchup was never going to lead to the scissoring the audience really wanted to see.

I never disliked Rousey but some of the stuff fans would say was hilarious. One of my favorites. "She should beat up Floyd Mayweather."
