In 2008 the YouTube button didn't exist yet. I think it was introduced in 2012, maybe 2011 at best.

Yeah but who really watches a tiny tiny little embedded youtube video?

You would have to click on "watch on youtube" to open the tiny embedded video on its own page to view it properly, which by the way is your SECOND click.

When the url is posted as a link like it was done originally, it is only one single click required to open the full page to be able to view it properly.

Why I want to click on each damn video twice, when I only have to click on it once???
