President Trump has had almost 4 years to come up with a better plan. He keeps saying he has a better plan. Is there a better plan?

After HillaryCare, ObamaCare and now BidenCare that's one piece of real estate Trump won't put his name on. Bad investment.

I believe his plan is to avoid wasting money on poor people who can't afford health care. Those losers need to get a job.
