That's microagression, because even though a few people from Boston are not dicks like you, it implies they all are.
That’s not microaggression... it’s humor.
No one I’d hang around with from Boston would be offended by that statement. They’d think it’s funny.

Huh? Are you saying intent is a necessary component... if so then we agree.
Yes, plus I'm saying just assigning a string of words the "this is bad" label is ok until it ends up being used too broadly.
OK... you got an assbackwards way of saying it, but you’re finally clear..

What outdated words are we not allowed to use this week?
I’m so annoyed by the PC Police.
Just because some people are offended doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be allowed to us a word.
When I say “retard’ I’m not talking about a mentally ill person... I’m talking about an idiot.
When I say “fag” I’m not talking about a gay person... I’m talking about a wimp.
The meanings of these slang words have changed, but the thin-skinned people are still offended by them.
The N-Word is similar... it’s fine for some people to use but not others.
Shit my kids listen to modern Rap... most of which is crap, but every once in awhile there’s a good tune.
When they sing along they automatically just skip the parts where the Rapper says the N-Word...
but when i sing along I don’t, and they give me looks like I’m “not allowed”.
IMHO... if I’m singing along with a fricken Rap song and the N-Word is used therein... then in that context I can say it.
Thoughts.
