Syria is in dissarray; North Korea, being as isolated as it is, maybe free of the Coronavirus. But they are close to China in many ways.

Kim Jong Un orders workers to build new hospital as North Korea continues to claim no coronavirus cases

North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un is calling on his country to hastily build a “modern general hospital” to “better protect the precious health and safety of our people” amid growing suspicions the Hermit Kingdom isn’t being honest about the coronavirus outbreak.
State media reported Kim broke ground at the hospital construction site in Pyongyang on Tuesday as the North continues to insist it has no cases of COVID-19, despite being sandwiched between the virus hotbeds of China and South Korea.

While there is little chance of the virus hopping the heavily militarized border with South Korea or coming in through closed-off lines with China, there have been black market traders operating in the area for years who could have brought the virus with them into the country.
General Robert Abrams, commander of U.S. Forces Korea, believes another tip-off that North Korea has COVID-19 casualties is the lack of military activity in recent weeks.
Abrams told reporters Friday that the United States is "fairly certain" Pyongyang has felt the devastation linked to the coronavirus.
"It is a closed-off nation, so we can't say emphatically that they have cases, but we're fairly certain they do," Abrams said. "What I do know is that their armed forces had been fundamentally in a lockdown for about 30 days and only recently have they started routine training again. As one example, they didn't fly an airplane for 24 days."

Syria is now off the list as they have had a single case reported. This despite closing all schools, etc. last Thursday.

Libya and Yemen also have no cases.

A lot of people go to Iceland. It's got some of the most stunningly beautiful places on earth. Both my mother and my daughter have gone there on vacation.
