this is bracket for playoffs and the bracket itself is mix of group 1 and 2

teams are seeded by wins in RR phase in their own groups from 1 to 4.
only case where the equal seeds are possible is in finals, and then the number of wins from bracket will prevail, as the same number is used for seeding in the bracket phase
