First of all, they really haven't done it yet ... it's still not presented to the Senate.
Second, they really can ... but without "new" charges it would probably be rejected on the spot in the Senate after a motion for dismissal was raised.

My question is, and it's an unlikely hypothetical. Can he be removed from office, and then run for president again?

Assuming some change in senate happens that election that makes it less likely he be convicted a second time after re-election, I was just curious if it's even a legal possibility.

according to Democrat representative Eric Swalwell (D-California), who sits on the House Judiciary Committee who is investigating Trump.. he says they only get 1 shot at Impeachment..

… but of course impeachment is just accusing someone of doing something.. it isn't a conviction.. more like a jealous girlfriend who constantly accrues you of cheating.. which in this case,.. she doesn't even have any proof of anything.. she just doesn't like you leaving the house by yourself..

when I say impeachment I mean a end result conviction of the person for the charges leveled againist them.. ..

but if you want to go with they can accuse ( impeach ) Trump of anything as many times as they want.. ok.. go for it... impeach him for putting ketchup on his steak.. at least they can prove that..

it's knida like CC.. I have been accused of being a racist about 400 times so far by people who hate me.. but when I simply ask anyone to quote the racist thing I said.. no one can ever quote me...

This is literally the "undiscovered country" since no president has actually been fully removed from office since impeachment. Currently there is no constitutional law that says such a person cannot run again.

That's not a crime, especially when it was the Democrats who have been crying about "interference" in the 2016 election sine they realized Clinton lost. Joe Biden was Obama's point man in the Ukraine. If there was "interference" in the election and if it really came from the Ukraine (a source for most of the infamous pee dossier) then the point man, and his staff need to be investigated. Joe already bragged about removing the chief prosecutor in that country by outright extortion. Classical projection ... Biden admitted to the potential crime; not Trump.

I asked you about this crime you ae referring too... asking a foreign country to investigate something that took place in their own country is not a crime...

if a Canadian citizen commits a crime in the United States.. should Canada ask the United States to investigate it.. or should Canada be allowed to send it's own investigators into the United States to investigate..?
