President Donald J. Trump can do what those buffoons were unable.

Donald Trump loves property. He made his name in his family’s real estate development business, after all. So it’s no surprise that, in his capacity as US president, Trump has reportedly expressed an interest in purchasing Greenland, an autonomous Danish territory between the North Atlantic and Arctic oceans that is already home to the US’s northernmost military base.

'Jail cell ' meaning house arrest in a Palace.... but it is nice the people of Hawaii voted to become a state .. since we defended them from Japanese invasion..

Well America need a better welfare system. Without looking up anything they are probably spending over 1000 times the money on military than Denmark does.

Maybe find a way to use that money in a better way?

The pie graph only states amount of money the military is given. This doesn't even take into account population, geography, influence, and potential other factors as to why the expenses are so large.

Also, there are a lot of countries that have decreased their defense budget/military over time because they rely on the US military. I'm not quite sure this metric is the best to use, in and of itself.

I don't know what this graph is supposed to represent.

And, a lot of countries in NATO have a decreased defense budget because the US contributes a very significant portion. The US has several military bases in NATO countries to help prevent conflicts with other countries. This helps these countries that are somewhat reliant on the US military to focus more on economic growth. This is just one example.
