I don't even understand how republicans can defend him. If you're fine with his policies, that's fine, that's just political views and people think differently.
What I don't understand is that this guy is objectively a lying douche, a self centered egocentrical asshole with no filter... who tweets faster than he thinks... he is clearly senile and underestimates everybody, he has no empathy towards anyone... And he really thinks people are retards.... The vast majority of his statements are about his greatness with easily debunkable content... When he makes speaches in front of world leaders he is so ridicule that people laugh at his face...
The republicans would be better off organising some primaries too, and have someone more decent to represent them for president. You can't imagine how Trump destroys the image of the US around the world. People don't understand what this dumbass is doing there. The worse part is that in the late 2020s Ivanka will be probably presenting herself as candidate, in the peculiar fashion of US presidential dynasties of nepotism.

Hollande wasn’t married while in office, he had a journalist girlfriend, and he dumped her for an actress girlfriend. I could care less about a politician’s sex scandals, I am not blaming trump here for his gazilion divorces and affaires with hookers and pornstars.
