Ancient Soviet plane vs relatively modern US plane... Strange encounter and surprising outcome :shock:

What about the pilots? Unfortunately the history will remember only one hero.

Just remembered, isis would kill captured Syrian pilots.

There was a Syrian pilot that fought it out with a pistol and grenades rather than surrender, quite the story when it happened.

A yankee pilot commented on the Syrians bravery saying he doubted he could do that himself.
