United States - Freedom of Speech now illegal

This is the first time the United States made this particular list, along with some stalwarts like Syria, Yemen and Afghanistan.

It takes courage to be an independent journalist today.
I've been following these women Vanessa Beeley, Eva Bartlett, Maram Susli
2 canadian,1 syrian.

Free speech in reporting was pretty much lost years ago, its part of the step by step progress in fascism.

Its pretty much the same owners for all the media outlets now, that started with the Jekyll Island meeting in 1910 when the people establishing the federal reserve realized just how inexpensive it was to buy up all the news papers.
They've been consolidating ever since.

The thought control stuff is interesting, I guess some people feel that T.V. is used for that purpose and figure independent thought is directly related to how much TV a person watches.

I guess critical thinking returns when a person stops watching T.V.

I cant really recall a time in history where people have not been "lemming like" tho.

The United States joined the ranks of the world’s deadliest countries for the media this
year, with a total of six journalists killed. Four journalists were among the five employees
of the Capital Gazette, a local newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland, who were killed on
28 June when a man walked in and opened fire with a shotgun. He had been harassing
the newspaper for six years on Twitter about a 2011 article that named him. It was the
deadliest attack on a media outlet in the US in modern history. Two other journalists, a
local TV anchor and cameraman, were killed by a falling tree while covering Subtropical
Storm Alberto’s extreme weather in North Carolina in May

Actually it serves them right. Have you seen all of the "Fake News" stories where they try to fake how bad the condition they are currently in because they don't really want to go out where the water is that deep, or the winds that strong and so on?
