A brilliant and kind young scientist creates a prototype for a time machine. Thinking to save the world from the horrors of World Wars I and II, he decides that the first trip the time machine will help him make will be to prevent the assassination of the Archduke Franz Ferdinand by Gavrilo Princip and interrupt the chain of events that resulted in those horrific wars.
However, the time machine does not work as planned. While the young scientist’s body arrives in June of 1914, his mind and soul do not. He has been transformed into an unfeeling and mindless zombie. Tragically, not only does he fail to prevent the World Wars, he unleashes a far greater plague on humanity: zombies.
The winner of the tournament will be the one who survives the longest. The rules are slightly different from the last round. The 24 entrants will be divided into two divisions of 12 players. Each round, the first two players eliminated from game will be eliminated from the tournament. The number of players will gradually decrease until the last two players duke it out to claim the title of the ultimate survivor.
