The GOP has turned its back on the likes of Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Ike Eisenhower, and even freaking Reagan (and how people can even idealize Reagan, is beyond me, even going back to when I was just a mindless GOP drone). They're now the party of empowering the filthy rich and corrupt while screwing over anyone not making 6 figures a year.
