Both political parties blow and we need a system overhaul to clean up the fuckin infestation that's been plaguing our political system forever and a day.
Democrats and Republicans are both useless. Neither will carry out any promises made nor do they push anything out that's systematically helpful to the nation at large.
Democrats - Obama regime.
I hated Obama, and just about everything did, and I thought for the most part, everyone did as well, and for the same reasons. The problem is, as soon as Obama stopped doing anything, everyone loved the guy and he was suddenly the best president. He was trash. Between the threats of federal shutdown while I was in the service (basically, I wouldn't get paid...Would suck if you were a family man, no way to pay for rent, kids, that sort of deal). That and the sheer arrogance of the prick to say he didn't have any scandals and that he would be voted in a third term if allowed was something that cemented my hatred for the cock.
The biggest grievance that I have with his administration though was the underhanded addition of Obama Care. What an awful system, and a great way to ram another financial hardship shaped fist up the asses of people who can't afford the "affordable" health care. A poorly written bill that should have never been implemented, was implemented anyways...And the reasoning? "We don't know how it will work unless we put it in the system". Works fantastic, you shitter. I really love filing out my taxes and paying that infraction of not being able to afford the fucking thing to begin with.
Republicans - Bush/Trump
Bush blew and this shouldn't even be an argument. The man fumbled with just about everything did, and it eventually lead to an economic crisis, inflammation and a stock market crash. Amazing work. And then, for whatever reason, we invade Iraq, the infamous "weapons of mass destruction" where there was none. Losing lives over a silly fucking reason. Bush sucks, and everything he did sucked. Not a God damn redeeming quality of the idiot.
Trump is someone that puts the fear of God into me. He's a reality TV host that, in my personal opinion, has incredibly limited knowledge of how to run the political game. I'm holding out hope though that his knowledge in business will somehow, someway, by some miracle, solve a lot of our economy and pricing issues. Might require too much micro-managing but at this point, might what we need. It's really early to say if Trump will suck or not. So far, he's done some really stupid shit, continues to do stupid shit, or makes that one smart decision, but fucks it up anyways.
For example: The promise of replacing that stupid healthcare bill that Obama put into effect. No idea how he accomplished this, but he made a WORSE bill than the one previously written. Thankfully, the damn thing didn't get passed, but it was so astronomically bad, the guy who wrote it should have been fired immediately for being that out of touch with reality.
However, I will give props to Trump for this. After coming into office for however long, he passed a nice little bill for veterans to seek medical help/attention from private doctors/institutions (dental and all of that), rather than sitting at the VA for months/years for serious issues.
Thumbs up, I'm hoping he takes a closer look at the VA and all of it's stupid bullshit practices. But that's a step in the right direction.
Fact is though, both these parties are garbage, and we need an overhaul, instead of relying on these shitbirds and their corrupt "play with tax payers income" to make their dumb campaigns, which range to millions if not more. Get a man with some actual American ideals in, and is actually concerned with the American people and what we have to say, rather than playing world police.
