help:German stealth speed boat?

Postby Anarchist on Thu Jun 07, 2007 11:30 am

reaching out to anyone that may have a clue(hope I didnt hallucinate it)

Good morning america was on the TV,
talking about the summit in Germany,
Mentioned that greenpeace caused increased security from
german police and Navy

First they showed a German Submarine(the h2o powered one-U212)

then they showed a speed boat(anyone know what this is?)
It was shaped like an arrow with a rigid square on top(weapon housing?)
Wavepiercing technology and stealth.
It was rather flat(like a skipping stone)

Now I know that Europe is dedicated to defense while America is dedicated to offense, which would explain why america has nothing even close to it. I cant find any reference online to it, and would appreciate it if anyone could help me out.

It was the kind of ship you would want if you were cruising past washington and shooting rockets at the white house :P (if that helps at all)

Im sorry but the last part of what you said made me laugh. I know what you are talking about but I'm afraid I can't really tell you anything that you don't already know.

No, it was small

(its very possible that I envisioned it...I do that from time to time, ofcourse sometimes I see it later and sometimes I dont...)

I spent hours looking for it
only guess I found was the S-157 given to a german defense force(police)
never found a picture of it.

Looked like blueprints im working on(thats why I was so impressed with it)

Lol, that speed chase with Greenpace was awesome. Great hit by the Germans when they knocked the people out of their boat.
