- A button on people's profiles enabling others to send them a 'merge account' reques, which that use can then choose whether to accept or refuse
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
- When playing games, users sometimes find themselves playing alongside someone with similar strategies and/or styles of interaction
- Other users then gum up C&A reporting those people for being multis, with the majority of cases thrown out due to being total garbage
- This feature would enable like-minded players to merge their accounts, which would benefit them by a) giving them the chance to pool their resources into one cohesive and enjoyable team, and b) preclude speculative C&A reports being lodged against these people and wasting moderator time
- Increased harmony and promotion of social bonding in this isolated world we live in, CC at the forefront of social innovation
