No, bastard is not a banned word, not even close.

I suppose in some situations, if you included it in a post where you were generally flaming, it might be considered a flame, and if you announced that it was literally true of someone that might be giving out personal information, but other than those two situations I can't see it.

Many people are proud of the fact that they're bastards. The most famous of course might be William the Conqueror, who was known as just William the Bastard before he conquered England.

------I think the word goes along with WAR...PATTON(George C. Scott),"ROMMEL,YOU MAGNIFICENT BASTARD!!! I read your book!"...It might be the greatest compliment...One commander can give an enemy FOE, ;) ...A play on words to boot...See it works perfect for C.C...A war gaming site... :D ConfederateSS.out!(The Blue and Silver Rebellion)... :D

Lol because I wanted to start a thread about the name. Thought I would have a laugh and make it as a c and a report. But could not put it in c and a because already got a ban for posting one about the dice point dumping years ago. And yes dukasaur like the new us president shows there are plenty of basterds out there lol.

In my freshman year of Catholic High School "The Bastard" (part of the Bicentennial Series) was required reading.
