2 New Tags To Ratings

There needs to be 2 New Tags added to the Ratings Tags.

The first is 'Honorable'.
Honorable needs no explanation.

The second is 'Weak'.
This has many meanings.
The one that fits a Conquer Club game is.
'A lack of enthusiasm'.
