Any opinion on Italians?

Postby saxitoxin on Sun Aug 28, 2016 7:48 pm

I might meet one in a few weeks. Any thoughts? Good / bad? I heard you're not supposed to look them directly in the eyes - true?

Also, if anyone has experience, would be keen for info on Foxhounds, too. My neighbor may get one - are they friendly?

Don't ask for a cappuccino before midday, or possibly after, I forget which.

To be safe, I'd say both.

Heavy petting is frowned upon. Other than that, try to pick up on social cues.

He's not. He's like the Mexican Elton John, or Liberace. If you've ever heard Mexican music, there's like 98% chance it was a Juan Gabriel song.

Neetch, is your gam all broken up over his death? Condolences are in order.

He's dead? Now I feel bad for not knowing I might have heard his music.

The italian word for fennel is also a derogatory term for a homosexual.
Italian is the most lyric and beautiful language to swear in. Cantonese is the most pungent and grossly descriptive cursing lingo.

If you need your toilets fixed, do you really need a guy who's going to smash your wine barrels with a hammer?

Not sure about looking them in the eye. Try looking at her using a mirror just to be safe. Also, garlic is not a protection against them, they are immune.

Don't put ketchup in your pasta. Don t do any wierd american thing to your pasta. Look at how he eats it and seasons it, don't do it as you like it better.
Anything that could be seen as an italian food sacriledge can be seen as a total dishonor by an ignorant pig.

An Italian woman will stab you right in the back just slightly above the lumbar region. Then she will show up at the hospital and say... "mangecake, you hungry, I made ravioli" like nothing happened. This happens far too often.

I prefer to trust Romeo and Juliet when it comes to how Italian people behave. They obviously speak Elizabethan English and live on stages.

Mac n cheese with ketchup is a delicious culinary triumph, especially for cheap bachelors.
