- Staff involved in setting-up the server expressed concerns that it was secure and that it complied with recordkeeping policies; they were told "never to speak of the Secretaryās system again."
- In another case, when an IT staffer raised concerns about the system, he was told the Office of Legal Counsel had approved it, however, the Office of Legal Counsel had actually never even been told of the system.
