Would You Give Up Last 5 years of your life for?

Postby william18 on Fri May 27, 2016 12:09 am

5 million dollars in the present? Last five years before you die. Offer is only made if you have time to spare, no possibility you'll drop dead accepting the offer.

You can live rich during the peak of your life, and forgo the last miserable years, but that also means less time with your children and grandchildren, family, friends, and experience. If your income is above 100k a year, you are not given the offer.

You really place that much value in the last years of your life?

5 million if used wisely and invested can last you until retirement if not your whole life. If you want to buy expensive real estate with little value regarding utility that doesn't mean 5 million isn't a small fortune.

I myself would be tempted to take the offer. Your last few years are commonly years of suffering. Crippling pain, and even complete mental loss. If i had a genetic predisposition for alzheimers, I would most certainly take the offer.
