I'm on my way to Shanghai and I was fortunate enough to secure $10,000 first class seats. I have never flown first class internationally before and after this experience it's going to be difficult to go back to the real world.
This experience didn't start on the plane it started when I was directed to go thru the vip line to check in. There wasn't any waiting in line and the attendants at the desk were nicer and more respectful over any other exchange that I've had with airport employees.
Security was also a breeze as I was routed thru another vip line. Once thru security I was escorted to the vip lounge where I was offered massages and champagne while I waited for my flight.
Once boarding started, my group was the first to board. I was escorted to my seat that is more like a bed and less like a seat. I was immediately waited on hand and foot, offerd blankets, pillows, slippers, hot towels, champagne and a virety of snacks.
I have made this flight many times in the past and I usually dread the flight because coach is such a grueling experience. In first class, I hope it never ends.
There are many different races, colors and cultures here in first class. Privilege here has no color, everyone gets the same superb treatment regardless of how they look.
The only true privilege is wealth. Money can buy anyone all of the privilege that they could ever need.
