Risk my best friend in the army Hector Horatio Hernandez was Puerto Rican, and served on the program that these soldiers are on, I lost contact with him after I left the military, and now i can't find him and nobody who knew him knows where he is. And it is unsettling to say the least.

I understand some have been deported for crimes some have not, the govt is moving heaven and hell to get el chappo turned over,
These guys wore the uniform and yet got less consideration than a known drug cartel leader

The soldiers i am talking about wore the uniform of the United States of America, the ones you mentioned didn't, big damn difference
