well this is disappointing.

Seems that deg is gonna get lynched. I am not saying he is town, but if he flips town, we make no progress whatsoever and will have to decide tomorrow whether we lynch our claimed jailer or benga.

had we lynched benga today, no matter whether he flips town or scum we will learn from it. ie if town, we can believe that deg or rish are scum, if scum then it clears deg and rish.

I do hope we have guessed right, but i fear we may not have.

I share yore feer their TWR. As our only confermed Town, yore opinyun carries a lot of wait. If their was another day or two, I cood be perswaded tord a Benga linch, but teh way it looks now, it's gotta be Deg linch or no linch.

I sed before I wood cum back and hamer if necessary but I tink I am going to retreet frum dat. I just have a gut feeling Deg isent Mafia. Erlier I rated teh chanse of him been Mafia at 36% and dat's not enuff to linch on, I tink. Yesterday he looked scumier I thort becorse of teh wagon dat formed on me, witch I took to be a move to pertect Deg. However, dat has disipated, so maybe I was wong about teh motivashun fer dat.

I voted fer Falko and Wing wit misgivings, and ended up regeting it wen dey flipped Town. I dont want to do dat agin, so I tink I am going to leeve my vote as it is. "No linch" isent good, but linching another Town wood be werse.

I reely reely wish peepul had gone wit the Mitch linch to buy us a day. I still tink it was teh best strategy. Too late fer dat noe, tho.

I have more faith in Deg being scum that Rish (and yes, I believe my inventions until they have been proven faulty). I don't like the fact that neither Deg nor Rish are voting for each other. I don't know what to do with that information. I disagree with TWR that we learn nothing from this lynch if Deg is in fact town. Surely, there must be scum voting for Deg if he is town. If he's scum, however, the late push for Aladdin's blood looks very suspicious.

I tink Benga has 4 votes now, and theirfore has a chanse of geting linched, so I dont feel I am wasting my vote.

My desishun is based mainly on who is voting fer eech of teh main candidates, becorse teh cases aginst each seem about ekwal in combined strenth and infermashun-utility. Like I sed before, I'm not cumfertabul been on a wagon with Mitch and Player (and to a lesser eggstent, Mets). On teh other hand, confermed Town TWR is voting fer Benga, and so is teh other playa (perhaps teh ONLY other playa) I twust - RB. I'm not shore why I twust RB, given he is untested - just gut feel, I gess. As IB noted, a no linch isent going to tell us enyting, so I am not reely hapy doing dat.

Did you just skim over my earlier post on this?

If you are town, then it will prove that you were being truthful about your investigations and all of the inventions you've received.

• Either Rish or I are scum (I will know that it's Rish, but would have a hard time proving that.)
• Rage is probably town (per your investigation), and his inventions do something.
• You were probably bulletproof on N3, and that may be why there was no kill on N3.

If you are scum, then all of your investigations and invention reports are suspect.

• Rish and I are probably town.
• Rage is probably scum. You cleared him with an investigation that you could deny later because it occurred at night. His inventions continue to be unproven, and his failure to provide one last night could be a convenient way to avoid having another questionable invention.
• LSU's inventions probably flip the user and target, so the glasses showed that you performed at least one of the previous night kills, and IB is probably town (per the magic 8 ball)

I have no interest in jumping on the deg wagon. I get the impresskion that the decision to push for his lunch was made by scum last night and they're stickating with it. Going along with deg's theory about the reverse LSU inventions this afternooner.

bugger. we messed that up.

the surge on benga was too little too late, in retrospect perhaps we should have lynched deg, or somebody, anybody would be better than a nolynch. now we will lose another townie tonight and it will be that much more difficult to lynch tomorrow.

come on town we need to be signing from the same hymn sheet.

I may be wrong, but all townies should follow the lead of the only confirmed townie, if we split our vote then we give scum an easy mislynch or end up with a no lynch.

The fact that we ended up with a nolynch though, does not mean it has been a wasted day.

it was significant that scum did not hammer deg, can only be 2 reasons for that, either all scum were already on him or he is in fact scum himself.

Its significant that catcher was online a few minutes before deadline and failed to hammer deg....does not make him scum, but if deg ultimately turns out to be town, i would think it clears catcher....can't see scum turning down the chance to lynch town at the last minute.

benga's vote on rish looks really scummy. if he is telling the truth and one of rish or deg are scum, then why the hell did he not switch his vote to deg? with in his eyes giving a 50/50 chance of lynching scum and if wrong lynch the definite scum rish tomorrow. that just does not make sense.

If he was town, and confident of his report that either rish or I was scum, then he shouldn't have that strong preference for one over the other.
His only justification for the rish vote was:

vote rish, he jailed storr and before that wing

Not exactly a slam-dunk.

If we were both scum, then he could throw me under the bus in order to "prove" that both he and rish were town, and that Rage's invention worked.

On the other hand, if he was scum and knew that I was town, then lynching me would most likely get him lynched the next day, perhaps followed by rage and mets and... ?

No! if you were both scum then he would have put 3 townies in the frame with his definer, when we lynched all 3 he would complain that the definer was defective.
