How would you deal with rapists? How would you get women to report the crimes? How would you identify them and ensure their guilt? How would you prevent them from committing more crimes?

This is a serious problem that has absolutely nothing to do with where the person was born. You can't identify all rapists at the border, just as you can't identify all of them who live here.

It's simple, if you comment on american politics and use the term 'liberals' then yes it doesn't refer to actual liberalism, but when talking about european politics a person should at least have the common sense to realize that regarding the european context that's the only possible meaning. I highlighted it because the liberals in the UK are centrist rather than the right wing you suggested.
