So Asians are putting more emphasis on education. What's wrong with that?
Oh the horror! Heaven forbid! The Asians are succeeding and contributing to society by producing doctors, lawyers, engineers, entrepreneurs, etc... while other minorities are rioting in the streets and killing each other (Baltimore, Ferguson, Chicago).
The success of the Asians must be stopped.
Yet, a lot of Asians go to the USA for higher education.
Oh no, the horror! Asians are going to the US for higher ed so they can improve their lives. This is outrageous! How dare these hordes and hordes of Asians populate US higher ed! How dare these Asians want to better their own lives! How dare these Asians come to the US!
Heaven forbid! How dare these Asians go to college when other minorities are committing 50% of the crime. How dare these Asians, who consist of 5% of the population make up 50% of engineers in Silicon Valley, less than 5% of crimes, less than 5% of welfare recipients. How dare these Asians become successful and law abiding human beings.
This must be stopped! Their success must be stopped!
