One could always watch it 15 minutes at a time, one could use it to help them fall asleep, one could pick a random spot in the middle and check it out for 5 minutes.
For example, you may come to the aerial photographs of ancient waterfalls 20 times bigger than Niagara Falls and listen to the evidence be presented, or one might come across the recent discovery of the 9,000+ year old stone structures built underground in Turkey, or one might be intrigued to hear the evidence that slaves did not build the pyramids, or maybe even be surprised that it's been proven the Sphynx withstood over 1,000 years of rain damage. or maybe some will only want to pay attention to all the research findings and evidence presented relating to global warming/climate change. They spend a bit of time on that and come back to it a few different times.
Either way, either this is one's cup of tea and this stuff fascinates them, or it's not. Maybe history isn't your thing, maybe geology isn't, maybe atronomy and astrology isn't, maybe climate change science isn't your thing.... maybe it is
