You are correct, he is trying. But wont work for him, Russian athletes are not tested only in Russia but also in the locations where they compete. Unless Russian athletes managed to bribe everywhere they compete I'm not convinced about his accusations. On top of everything he is verified liar

Annndd Neglect things like Education, the Human Body, the rights of said athletes. Did you see what happens to those athletes at the end? How would you feel if you had to actually sell the medals earned at an olympics b/c you don't have the money to survive?
