Out of the 4 people voting for you he is the most likely to be scum, I think his day 1 play was a vasad (spelling) and has not contributed anything to the game in the last 7 days, but from what I read no one really bitch talks about him not saying anything and only bitch talks about me having nothing.

He has not tried to interact with anyone today this is far off from his town play

Yeah that's my bad. Don't really have tons of time to go hard recently. I've been keeping up though, nothing has really struck me as too scummy yet. Except I still don't trust Storr, and I can't imagine he is town.

Hes town so get over it and find something more productive to do

I've seen GT logged in a few times over the past couple of days. Hotshot is posting in the Matrix6 game.

Who are your scum reads?

@Madmitch - Who are your top three scum reads, and why?

my three picks for scum at this moment are Mars: he said he visited me and he didn,t,then he said something about a princess leaving the castle??? my next pick is Iron Butterfly because he says day actions are stupid, I think he hasn,t any and just a little pissrd off ,becareful you don,t rust,, and the there,s Storr and I am not sure if he is trading with all comers and that makes him hard to trust

Well the was insightful and completely unexpected

I said mapping the day actions are stupid.

Someone brought it up and I agree. The "negative" response seems to be generic. It is not about what you get when you visit...it is about who visits who. There needs to be some relationship between both characters(just my theory) I will agree with the last part. Probably the smartest thing you have said all game. It is about trust.

Sorry for not being very active here... I've been sort of reading as it goes, but nothing has jumped out at me through the casual reading and I've known I'm going to have to go back and do a more thorough reading of everyone in order to make a post worth anything; it's hard keeping three games straight at the same time. Unfortunately with 12 people & 40 pages here, it's going to take an hour or two to do it, and I haven't had that much time yet... I will attempt to do it tonight.

At the risk of sounding like Storr, today's lynch is either going to be Storr or Marashu. If you aren't voting between them and don't have very good reasons for it, you're the reason we're getting nowhere.

I think this is a very false statement... I'll give you a FOS for it.

I read back on marashu, and I believe his claim and that he's town.

Storr has acted in a very town-like way, and I think he is town also. I would like him to give his name claim, to hopefully dispel the case against him which is mostly based on what character people think might have his role.

The only thing you've contributed, mtam, is that you think dd is playing differently from normal. That's not helpful in determining alignment. No, that is filler.

Hotshot wrote:I think this is a very false statement... I'll give you a FOS for it.

OK maybe you just haven't been paying attention, but basically no one is doubting my town affiliation at this point in the game. For you to come in here and do so because of a single post, after all of the content I've generated so far, is much more FOS-worthy than me pointing out that Storr and Mars are the only ones getting multiple votes right now.

No. Sometimes being inactive means someone has, I don't know, real life things to do. If we were going to lynch people because their inactivity compared to normal necessarily demonstrated scumminess, you would be up there on the chopping block yourself, and let's not forget about all the other people who aren't contributing at their normal level. So why the focus on dd specifically?

Sometimes you all get so involved in playing meta that you forget to actually play the game.

Explain in a logical argument why storr who didnt hammer a town chose to vote for his partner instead.

I already conceded that this is something that may point against him being scum. In that same post, though, I was suggesting that you cannot think logically by only looking at individual pieces of evidence and ignoring everything else. Even if one action is town-worthy, if everything else is scummy, then on balance you should still think the player is scum. Indeed, you can even explain the town-worthy action in that scenario as part of a long con designed to build false trust.

(In that same post, I said: "I have some possible explanations though, like the Darkfriends and Shadowspawn or whatever are competing factions. According to the WoT wiki, Trollocs sometimes eat Darkfriends and once threatened Padan Fain with this. (Same page says that Myrddraal are Trolloc offspring.) Or maybe Padan Fain is a third party." So it's not like I didn't try to provide some analysis of that action too.)

Who's up for lynching Mtam as he has decided to play the game, which is completely out of character for him. Must be mafia.

IB - Is Storr and myself staying largely quiet actually helping? Hotshot, DD, GT and slightly Tal arent offering anything more as a result.

A world does not exist where Fain is pro-town. Storr would fake claim if he is Fain. If we do get a name claim out of him, then we need to decide if he's telling the truth or not.

mtamburini wrote:People voting for storr need to wake up and not be stupid or Ill just lynch all of you

Ok, so other reads (will be quick impressions since I need to leave in like 15 minutes).
virus - I like his reads. I'd lean town with virus.
Wing - I'm having a tough time reading Wing. My gut is saying town. Still wondering about his certainty about Streaker's fakeclaim.
mtam - I think that mtam is probably town. I feel like he would be explaining his plays more if he were scum so that people could keep up with his thought process, instead of doing what he's doing to rock the boat and get scum to slip.
mitch - I feel like mitch is town.
Storr - Still leaning anti-town with him. Worried that if he is left unchecked for too long it will spell a town loss, which is why if he is anti-town, he's the better pick to get rid of early. My vote's staying on him - even if not a lynch, I would like to see a name claim from him.
HS - I really would like to hear more from him.
GT - gt does seem kinda scummy to me. Not really getting a town read from him.
DD - If Storr is scum DD is town. I can't see them being scumbuddies. If, somehow, Storr is town, then the way he was tunneling Storr seems weird to me. But I totally understand his apprehension about Storr. DD is neutral to me.
Mets - The comment about today's lynch being Storr or myself, well, I think it's weird and stymies discussion. I'm leaning scum with him.
IB - IB is playing pro-town, and I feel like it's legit, so I think he's town.
Tal - was skeptical about him at first. His going into more detail about his D1 action has eased those. Neutral leaning town.

basically what you are doing is fear mongering on something that may or may not be around in the game. THats your case. MAYBE he is a different faction and that COULD explain things. And your basing this off marash who you don't know his alignment.

Its probably more likely that there are not 2 mafia factions.

So the hard facts this game we have, are A MAFIA WAS LYNCHED.
