What does Town gain by you being lying? You have been busted already for lying about your day action and how their mechanics. As I stated earlier I do not recall a Town consensus and vote except perhaps by Wing.

In the hands of idiots Vig actions can be very dangerous so those not liking your "plan" have every right to check.

I thought mitch was a character I was hoping to interact with. Then it got revealed that he commuted.

So that puts me to L-3, yes? I'll claim. I'm Egwene. During the day, I can visit someone. I have no night action (Yes, I know that Rish said everyone gets a night action on p2). Was hoping to get some sort of night action based on player interactions. So far none have worked out. Also, dd didn't have it on the list, but I've said a few times now that I visited Talapus D1.

I thought the plan was that I would continue to act as if I had a vig power to see if the other player who took the trade, thinking that somehow them being mafia meant that they had got a different item and then used their mafia skill to make their vig kill and reveal themselves.

Clearly this isnt the plan.

Yes and no? Yes in that she doesn't accomplish too much in book 1 (in later books she starts having cool dream things going on, but that doesn't happen yet). She's mainly there as a romantic foil for Rand. The most she really does is manage to channel a little bit (aka use a tiny bit of magic) when she's alone with Perrin.

specifically, I was told my princess was in another castle - unless you're Elayne, I figured it was just rish's way of saying you weren't there. If you weren't there, it makes sense that you wouldn't get the notice.

I wasn't. That's just the reply that rish gave me. The people I were looking for were Rand, Nynaeve, Perrin, Moiraine, and Elyas. I didn't really start to think Storr was Moiraine until mid D1, and stopped mid N1. With End gone, scratch Elyas off the list. I figured mitch was one of those remaining four.

This is why claiming day actions is stupid. All it does is give a road map to let others know where charachters are with their quests.

Perhaps this person did not want to reveal what their day action was, and concluded that you lying about it wasn't scummy, so there was only an immediate downside to bringing it up.

So, I am no longer interested in trying to untangle your web of duplicity to determine whether you are town or not. I will utilize exceptions to "lynch all liars" if there is a good reason to as a tactical point; but you've turned lying to everyone into your general strategy for this game, and I must vote against that on principle alone (in addition to my prior suspicions that you are not town).

Why are they mafia? Because
1, they are not one of the ones listed that i said was ok to visit.
2, i lied about what item i gave, thus any normal town would be hell bent on lynching me for lying, or lower chance they see what i did as a town play and they still claim and move on.

So, i believe that mass claiming our day visits will be productive. Doesn't matter what happened, but claiming who we visited, we might be able to catch someone in a lie.

Why am I not surprised storr lied about that? I was guessing he was making up the vig action as a trap for scum, looks like I was right. (I wanted to call him out on it, but figured that would kind of ruin the trap... although if people visit, see that it's not real and decline, apparently he doesn't know who visited... so it's kind of a pointless trap.)

I visited wing today and got that message... was hoping my character worked with his, but seems not. I'm guessing the mod just has a bunch of "nothing happened" messages and sends them randomly to whomever nothing happens to. So far it seems that visiting storr is the only day visit that actually does anything lol.

You also seem to think that because you helped lynch Streaker, contrary to your view of doing it yourself, that makes you Town? Third party would have a vested interest in eliminating mafia. Also it is standard that cult dies when targeting mafia so IF you are cult you would have every reason to want mafia lynched.

The problem I have with you Storr is you have been ignoring what several of us have tried to bring up while chasing your own agenda. Maybe you think you have Towns best interests but from my perspective you have been self serving in your tactics and have only sewn confusion, which is somthing third party and mafia thrive on.

I said I do not accept multiple lies in a row that form a general strategy for how to play this game. You have crossed the line way over into the latter, piling on lie after lie in an attempt to "do something." It hasn't gotten anyone anything -- look at the incorrect conclusion you quickly drew when I didn't immediately comment that I visited you. Lying can work as town, but it's usually not town's friend, and this game isn't a magical exception.

...no. I already explained why it doesn't make sense: your implicit reasoning for why someone would call you on it is that because you're lying, that makes you not town. So lets take another gander at marash. Thinks im mafia, but wants to follow my direction of claiming day actions....

Now he has effectively claimed VT. On a character that (wings input on this would be nice) seems fairly important and fairly strong.
Now the game is just based off book 1, so maybe he is right in that his character isn't much of an anybody at that point idk.

yet we get this comment, which seems odd that a vt would get special interactions unless he is withholding information. Maybe not odd, just it doesn't appear that he has fully claimed.
