lol storr.

I was on the side of you being town d1. I don't think Marashu's flavor spec puts you in a great light, but there isn't anything game related that would have made you scum in my opinion.

I don't think a guy handing out a ton of vig roles ends up being positive utility for the town necessarily, but I didn't visit you and in theory you would tell us who all did, so I guess it doesn't have to be a net negative.

There was no jokey voting phase, Mtam ended that one immediately.

Precisely my point. I was getting you to answer the question clearly, but you are immediately leaping to defend yourself.

The big problem here is that there is little to go on with you, and so the above two comments are a large part of what we have to base thoughts on, and to be honest they dont look great. I dont think you are mafia, but you are doing little to make sure people know you are town and dont mislynch you.

I didnt see anyone worth wagoning early d1 then I guess.

You weren't really trying to get me to answer a question clearly, you were just digging in because that's kind of your thing.

Either you care about finding scum or you don't. I am not a scum and you don't have any reason based on the little content I had d1 to think so. So rather than accept that I am not a bad guy (which you obviously don't have to do), you tunnel in and keep grinding an axe. After you said thank you and seeming had decided things were ok, you bring back up another comment because you want to keep grinding. All the while assuming I am probably not scum.

So what else would you like to know wing. Townies really dont have to stick themselves out there all the time to not get mislynched, they just need people to know create nothing cases on them and then get bandwagoned.

Yup, why do you still want to lynch the person IB visited?

How is, "I am not Fain" indivative of a town alignment?

I don't want to lynch who IB visited, id want to lynch the person who offered IB the world for flipping to dark. That would be the lynch target, we just don't know who that is. I had read it wrong the first time around, but I think its sensible to want to lynch the guy who is offering those type of things. It's also reasonable to wonder if IB took the deal or not.

Well if Fain is the bad guy and I am not fain...I mean you could figure it out.

I do care about finding scum.

Yes, and it's also the easy way out. Notice how no one else was calling for it -- there was a reason, and it's not because we were all idiots. It is a bit of a scum indicator that you weren't trying very hard to think about what's going on.

I guess my question is do you think that IB made up the person visiting him and the offer? If so why? If not, then why is trying to find that person lazy? Even if it is just the goal rather than something you have information immediately on.

Trying to find thst person is useless because they won't claim it, additionally unless someone tracked watched the event, we can't know who...

So better to hunt scum, we might get lucky..

I cannot now say why, but I am basically certain that IB did not make it up.

Well if mets is hinting that someone visited him in the same manner, is it that odd to think we might have a tracker out there? It seems like a game where a tracker role would exist. Certainly there is a bit of luck involved. But the more people who come out and say they got an offer the more likely that tracker saw it.

Either IB:

Made up the recruitment attempt
IS the recruiter
Accepted the recruitment
Or its genuine.

I believe the latter because of the confusion IB portrayed during the night about it, which is hard to make up. If he was the recruiter he wouldnt advise others not to accept recruitment. If he accepted the recruitment then its unlikely he would advertise the cult.

If anyone believes the first three then they should be voting for IB. If you believe the latter then finding the recruiter is the same as scum hunting is it not.

Can you clarify that last sentence it contradicts itself.

Are you saying that finding the cult recruiter should be seen as less of a priority as scum hunting?

If you think IB is either the Recruiter, or recruited, or mafia making the whole stuff up then he should be lynched. All of those options are harmful to town.

Scum hunting may lead to finding cult guy. If someone has info on cult guy, great lynch him. Other wise pondering about it doesn't do anything. Better to hunt those thst are scummy

Talk about a leap and out of context  . I'm not about to rehash this again for the day. I fully plan on attempting to visit someone else to see what happens. But just because you didn't get the answer you liked doesn't mean you didn't get an answer. Don't ask a question if you expect a certain response. Just make the accusation.

This deadline is fast approaching who and and how many are we going to have visit storr? A couple one shots could come in handy though the longer they don't get used the more likely scenario they won't live until tomorrow to get them sent off. I'd prefer we have the names of players visiting before the day visit happens otherwise afterwards all we will do is argue with one another because no one was really clear to begin with who we wanted visiting to begin with. And then the scum calling and finger pointing happens again.

I am curious though. And maybe the guys who already got a storr action can confirm. Were you limited to just using your one shot ability you received? I think in some capacity everyone in this game is capable of some action or another. I was trying to see if the one shot ability takes place of your normal night action or if you get both to use at night or whenever

Sometimes it's best to just repeat oneself with the required information, or say ot in a more clear manner.

Talapus I have answered the questions.
How ever I'm going to repeat it again to end the confusion. Hotshot and mitch are welcome to confirm this. Because they haven't denied what I've said I'm telling 5he truth.
If you get an item from me, it does not over ride your other action. You have a choice of which one to use. I do not believe you can use both. The item can only be used that night.

On recruiting and being recruited.

1) It would serve no useful purpose to make up the proposal I was given.

2) If I was recruited it would be self defeating to broadcast I was recruited. When one is recruited by cult their win condition is dictated by Cult winning.

3) I would agree with Storr. At this point we have limited information. I made my post as a warning.

The more Tonk posts the more scummy he gets in my opinion.

Vote marashu

Going back again i feel like mets makes a good point. The fact that Marashu doesn't even bring up the possibility that flavorwise storr could be a bad guy seems odd. Even bringing up the point about seeing the flavor as a mafia role cop but acknowledging storr could be bad as a trader would have made sense.
