Monthly Leaders

My question concerns the scoreboard "Monthly Leaders".

We are the 1st november now even for CC time. But the scoreboard still show result from october.
If I win point right now, will it count for the october month or the november month?

What is the exact time at which the scoreaboard reset, and from which it start counting for the next month?

The scoreboard shows the old month for the first few days of the new month, that way you are able to see who won the previous months. (Also because of the lack of data at the very beginning of a month). The "reset" doesn't exactly work like that, it calculates data for the current month, so all points earned in November will count towards the scoreboard, even though the scoreboard is still showing October currently.
