Can't say I can blame you too much for that logic as I think Strike & Betiko are quite Townish too. That said, I'm only willing to give one person a free pass in today's game and that will be Strike since I think a Governor is pretty expendable. But for now I'll stick with my tag-back approach to the game... HotShot, that's my horse.

Well we can certainly use this to confirm a few things, but unless I am entirely mistaken we don't have a claim from strike, correct? I am uncertain if we want to look for more than a confirmation/denial.

my probem here is with the cult left. as we can see with rodion; there wasn't any need for much change in his meta.... it can be anybody more or less...
while strike is low on my scum list he is high on my cult list...

Mod took a while to send back my night action, but I just got it back, and I finally have some useful information

I am Sherlock Holmes, Town Cop. (After pretending to be him in the other game, I decided to actually be him this time lol)

Last night I investigated DoomYoshi, and he is the other Cult member. So I will vote DoomYoshi

My other nights' results were:

N1 - jak111 is town (that's why I switched from being suspicious of him to defending him... I didn't think it was worth revealing I was the cop on day 2 to save him though)

N2 - Spiesr is Town

N3 - TA1LGUNN3R is Town

LN1 - tried to research DoomYoshi, but was roleblocked

LN2 - DoomYoshi is Cult

Unfortunately, 2 of my investigations have subsequently died... so Spiesr is the only one I can clear as of now.

Since no doctors have been killed yet, hopefully one is around to keep me alive tonight...

Btw, MudPuppy, that's my horse! (And I wouldn't recommend giving it back this time, you don't want to be the one stealing the cop's horse... another reason I claimed now, so if anyone steals my horse it will look very scummish of them)

I see little reason to doubt your claim and it's easy enough to test so vote DoomYoshi

However, I'm still only giving one free pass in the horse game... and no, I will not be taking the claimed cop's steed... so, that puts Strike back into the mix for me. Since The Governor is both expendable and I'm a bit curious to test his claim... betiko, that's my horse. I just start reading Game of Thrones in preparation for Storr's mafia game and I do love the little man... but he has no business on a real horse.

You have a good point about a lone cultist not being a significant risk, now that we know who he is. I figured I better get it out though in case something happened to me, at least he's known now and everyone won't suspect everyone else of being the cultist.

I will confirm visiting Rodion N1.

KGB, Sheep, Mudpuppy and to a lesser extent betiko are the main options on the table right now other than lynching the cultist. I've been saying I've gotten town vibes from Betiko for a while and him being on the horse lynch suggests further that it is random and all inclusive. I am going to exclude Mudpuppy for reasons below on the lynch wagon for now. That leaves Sheep and KGB. Sheep has been kind of off to the side for the whole game so I don't particular trust him. KGB hasn't given me much of a read so not much to say. I will reread both cases. I am wondering if the mafia has a traditional godfather role or if that was the point of the canonizer. Technically can not rule out the innocent results as they could have been false negatives but I favor Ockham's Razor for cases like this.

Horse game

I believe Hotshot's claim so he's out. i just finished stating I believe Betiko so I am unlikely to target him. That leaves Mudpuppy in my eyes.

My latest theory is that the first might be able to make the action of his target happen one day late, and the second might be able to make the scummates appear as inocent?

For the horse game i don t mind ending up with it, i have to ask pcm if the horse works as the lynch though, because technically i can stop a lynch don t know if i can save me from the horse..

We could try lynching DoomYoshi and directly the horse if we think one of those guys is scummy. Right now of those in the game only Strikewolf and Mudpuppy haven't claimed. I find Strikewolf more likely to be town of the two, so I think we should take a look at/force a claim from Mudpuppy. Vote Mudpuppy.

I'm afraid I don't understand what you said here at all... are you saying you recruited betiko? Or that whomever betiko investigated, i.e. edoc, became recruited?

Either way, if you aren't part of rodion's cult, are you saying there were 2 cults out there, one of which is still actively recruiting people? That doesn't make sense, or else they would have won already with 5+ members.

Not sure how respond since I don't understand what you're saying. Can you clarify why you think CYOC rules don't allow deputies, if that is what you are suggesting?

I still think it's worth lynching Doom to confirm HotShot's claim and just in case DY has a way to hurt Town. I don't think he can hurt Town and I do think HotShot is a cop... but I'd feel better about it once Doom flips cult.

As far as the scum hunt, I'd start with sheep and then let HotShot do his thing 'til he finds him.
