I am sure Kschame1 has already told you as you both come from the same clan, but it is not CC policy to disclose why a user has been guested.

He hasn't told me, he literally just made a post in the clan forum and then next time I look he has been guested. How can I ask him why if he has been guested?

Normally clan members have means of communication other than CC. Even if you don't, however, as TeeGee said it is not CC policy to disclose the reason for someone being guested where it was not the result of a public C&A case. Obviously, though, the guesting would have been as a result of at least one significant enough violation of the site guidelines.
